What Whistle Enterprise does
Three things, all on your own machine.
- Records the meeting. Your microphone and the system audio from Teams, Zoom, Meet or Webex. It is not a participant. There is no bot. Or drop in an existing recording: MP3, WAV, FLAC, M4A, OGG or video.
- Transcribes the audio. Locally on the same computer. Speakers are labelled. Twenty five European languages, auto-detected per recording.
- Writes the document. A local AI model reads the full transcript and produces a properly structured document. Headings, sections, decisions, actions and what was discussed. Speaker labels stay in the transcript. Not a dry summary, not a raw transcript, but the document you would write yourself if you had the time.
Export to PDF, DOCX or Markdown. Highlight any sentence in the document and Whistle Enterprise shows you the exact passage in the transcript it came from. The audio, the transcript and the document are kept in a local workspace that can be encrypted with a password.
Run as many meetings as you want
Whistle Enterprise is a perpetual licence per seat, with one year of updates included in the purchase. There are no monthly minute caps and no per-meeting fees. There are no meeting duration minutes at all, record as long as you want and get the same consistent output from a 10 minute, or 10 hour meeting.
Because there is no hosted service in the loop, there is nothing to be unavailable when the meeting starts. Whistle Enterprise does not phone home, does not check a licence server and does not call out to a remote model. If the meeting is happening, Whistle Enterprise records it. - Send any audio, transcript or document off your computer.
- Require an account to run the software.
- Send any telemetry, analytics pings or usage tracking.
- Train any AI models on anything you record.
